We would like to inform you about an important visual change to our air coolers.
More and more Walter Roller air cooler series are now equipped as standard with fans suitable for safe operation with flammable refrigerants.
Specifically, this means that these fans are used both in our MultiRef units for refrigerants of classes A1 / A2L / A3 and in comparable versions for non-flammable refrigerants (A1). This reduces the number of variants, simplifies storage, and ensures a future-proof spare parts supply. In the event of servicing, the new fan types are fully interchangeable (1:1) with the previous models.
However, with the technical advancement of these fans, it was not always possible to retain the previously preferred white fan guard. This has already resulted in a mix of white and black fan guards in use.
To ensure a uniform appearance and greater flexibility in spare parts selection, we are now switching our entire production to black fan guards.
The transition will take place gradually as the new colour version becomes available. The spare parts range will also be converted – in the future, only the black version will be supplied.
