Roller extends modularity of FHV/T air cooler series
On 1 April 2022, Roller will be adding further variants to its FHV/T modular air cooler series, which has been established for many years. This page provides a detailed list of all product supplements for you. The new modular combinations can be configured in the new version of the selection software from 1 April 2022.

Briefly about the FHV/T
You know the advantages of the modular FHV/T, which allows you to cover the requirements of different cooling applications with just one unit series. The unit can be variably configured with 1 to 6 fans in diameters of 250, 300, 450 mm, different blade geometries, material combinations and accessories in length and height.

New: 6 rows of tubes in depth
For air coolers with 1-3 fans and Ø 450mm, the additional variability of 4 or 6 rows of tubes in the block depth is now available. You can choose from the following fin spacing:
HFC and brine with 4 and 7mm
CO2 with 4 / 7 / 12 mm
With these new sizes (Ø 450mm), you now have a choice of 7mm fin spacing instead of 6mm. All other units are still available with 6mm fin spacing.

These unit types are replaced
The following unit types have been extended:
FHV/T 421 EC replaced by FHV/T 4241 EC
FHV/T 621 EC replaced by FHV/T 7241 EC
FHV/T 422 EC replaced by FHV/T 4242 EC
FHV/T 622 EC replaced by FHV/T 7242 EC
FHV/T 423 EC replaced by FHV/T 4243 EC
FHV/T 623 EC replaced by FHV/T 7243 EC

New: 12mm fin spacing for the entire FHV/T range
For a defrost-optimised air cooler design, the entire FHV/T product range is now available with fin spacing of up to 12mm. Roller also offers a high-performance tube system with a fin spacing of 12mm for CO2 systems with their small core tube diameters of usually 9.52mm. Further information here.
